Vfitness includes a team of local New York City personal trainers, both English and Spanish-speaking, experienced in general fitness training as well as sport-specific training, including:

Weight lifting, Boxing ,Kung-Fu, Running, Swimming, Biking and Hockey

Our team is passionate and dedicated to helping people meet their fitness goals, whether that is losing weight, improving endurance, getting tone/ripped, gaining muscle mass or just feeling better overall.

Our Vfitness trainers are our clients’ activity partner, coach, instructor, master, and disciplinarian.
